Meet The Team


G. Randolph Schrodt, Jr. M.D., DLFAPA

Dr. Schrodt completed his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Louisville (B.A. with honors in philosophy, 1975; M.D., 1979). After completing his psychiatric residency in 1983, he joined the medical school faculty, where he was Director of the Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine programs at Norton Psychiatric Clinic. He has written extensively, and lectured nationally and internationally on various aspects of cognitive therapy, adolescent psychiatry, and mood disorders. Dr. Schrodt has been the Principal Investigator of the transcranial magnetic stimulation research program at Integrative Psychiatry, and is currently Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Dr. Schrodt has been awarded the status of Distinguished Life Fellow by the American Psychiatric Association, and was a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. He is Past President of both the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association and the Greater Louisville Medical Society, and Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Kentucky Medical Association.

Ali A. Farooqui, M.D.

Dr. Farooqui treats patients using both conventional treatments for mental illness, and cutting-edge interventional techniques. He is recognized as a national expert in the use of ketamine, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and Botox for psychiatric disorders and symptoms. He has lectured locally and nationally, and has published in academic and non-academic media. He is Clinical Faculty at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry through which he is involved with the National Network of Depression Centers and in the education of doctors and medical students.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Farooqui sits on boards for the Greater Louisville Medical Society, National Alliance of Mental Illness – Louisville, and the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association where he also serves as Chairman of the Scientific Committee. He has given public talks on mental illness and is a consulting physician for the Jefferson County District Court, the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center, and law firms in the state.

He received his Medical Doctorate at the University of Kentucky in 2010 and matched into Neurological Surgery at the University of Missouri. After leaving Neurosurgery, he worked in healthcare consulting, and held roles in healthcare administration and leadership before starting his psychiatric training.


Robyn S. Stinnett, M.D.

Dr. Stinnett’s career in psychiatry has focused on outpatient psychopharmacology. She has special interest in women’s issues and mood disorders in the adolescent through geriatric population. Dr. Stinnett is Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

She received her undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College (B.S. cum laude in biology, 1987). She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. 

Mary Helen Davis M.D., DFAPA

Dr. Davis completed her training in psychiatry at the University of Louisville, followed by an Administrative Psychiatry fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Mount Auburn Hospital. She has achieved board certification in Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine, as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University Of Louisville School of Medicine. 

Dr. Davis is active in psychiatric and medical leadership in the state and national level through the Kentucky Medical Association, Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, American Psycho Social Oncology Society, and the Southern Psychiatric Association. In addition to being a physician with Integrative Psychiatry, she provides consultation for oncologists and hospitals in the development of psychosocial oncology programs. 


Julie Cornell, L.M.F.T.

Julie Cornell, L.M.F.T. is a licensed Marital and Family Therapist. She is a Clinical Fellow and provides clinical services for Integrative Psychiatry. She received a Specialist in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Spalding University. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Kentucky Association of Systemic Therapists, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, The Tri-State Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Psi Chi Chapter in Psychology. Julie has thirty years of experience working with a variety of clients with a range of psychiatric issues. She has specialized training in behavioral medicine issues with co-occurring disorders in children adolescents and adults. She uses a variety of interventions, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnosis, marital/family and group therapy, and mindfulness meditation. Her systems-training makes it possible to interface with doctors, nurses, parents, couples and social workers to manage multiple needs.”

Clinical Staff

Zachary A. Schrodt

Zach is the Clinical Coordinator of the TMS Program at Integrative Psychiatry. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in psychology, and added training in biofeedback. Zach is a research level certified TMS operator, and has provided training and clinical support to TMS practices around the country.

Alex Schrodt

Alex is Integrative Psychiatry’s Information and Research Study Coordinator and directs the cognitive testing services at our practice. He majored in psychology and English at Indiana University and the University of Louisville. Alex is a research level certified TMS operator on both the NeuroStar and Magstim TMS systems.

Alexis (Lexi) Roberts, RN

Lexi graduated from Galen College of Nursing in 2022 with her Registered Nurse License. She also works her full-time job at Norton Children’s Hospital as an Emergency and Trauma nurse.

Izabella Evans, RN

Izzy graduated from Galen College of Nursing in 2022 with her Registered Nurse License. She works her full-time job at Norton Childrens Hospital as an Emergency and Trauma nurse.

Victoria Schmit, RN

Victoria graduated from Spalding University in 2021 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and obtained her Registered Nurse license. Victoria has worked at Norton Children’s Emergency Department for over two years.

Robin Fisher, RN

Robin graduated from Bellarmine University with a Bachelor of Science, and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Health Services Management from Webster University. She worked at the University of Louisville Hospital for 38 years in intensive care, oncology infusions, and leadership roles.

Marissa Bush, RN

Marissa received her BSN at Western Kentucky University. She works at Norton Children’s Hospital in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit and has experiences in Pediatric ICU, and surgery centers. She is originally from Nashville.

Tim Carlson, RN

Tim graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is experienced in Emergency Psychiatry, Inpatient Psychiatry, and Critical Care Nursing.
